S4F was envisioned and conceived in 2020 by Roi Benitez in the city of Hyderabad, India, 15.000 km away from the City of Buenos Aires, her native city.
In the land of curry, of the vibrant colors, of the present scents and the exponentially emotional agility due to the experience of diversity at its most, started growing the intention to create a space that strengthens the purpose of transforming societies through learnings that provide each human being with the ability of selecting.
Today, this hat named Skills4Future is a space looked after, an experimental lab to rethink and to make us question where is the future of the workplace going, which are the skills of the future and how can we learn in every field and context in which we may develop.

Roi Benitez

I’m primarily a knowmad and a huge curious. I’m passionate about learning and about collaborative work. I dream of a world in which we all could connect our love for learning so that, through the development of skills, we could “give free rein” to our talents to build a just, equitable and sustainable world.
I study the future of the workplace, the digital culture and learning being drowned by technology. I’m an international speaker and the founder of Skills4Future senior learning consultant in Continuum, Academic Director of the postgraduate program on Digital Talent at Universidad Católica Argentina, teacher of Digital Culture and Technology at Universidad de San Andrés and an agility mentor for the Certified Tech Developer course of studies at Digital House
I’m the catalyst of disruptive processes of transformation through the creation of learning systems
Formerly, I worked as the Director of the Development of Capacities to Innovate at the Presidency of the Cabinet of the Nation’s Ministers, as Learning Director at the Nation’s Ministry for Social Development and as an international consultant at BMC Innovation Company.
The Junior Chamber International organization (JCI) recognized me amongst the 10 outstanding young people from Argentina in the Moral Leadership shortlist of three candidates.
Currently, I’m a PhD student of Neurosciences applied to Education. I have a bachelor’s degree in Public and Institutional Relationships and in Political Communication. I have specialized at the Chinese Government Academy and at the EFL University India. I’m a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
I actively collaborate with Apolitical as a future of workplace Specialist and with Hundred as Advisory Board Member.
